Roll-on blends:

Apply to your pulse points – inner wrists, temples and the back of your neck – throughout the day. You can also roll these natural blends onto your upper chest and abdomen, below your jawline, or on the soles of your feet.


Essential oils:

Add 6-8 essential oil drops to your diffuser to refresh any space. You can also add drops to:

  • your bath, shower floor or pillow

  • a carrier oil for an extra revitalising massage

  • a spray bottle to refresh your face or spritz around your home

  • a bowl of boiling water for steam inhalation – cover your head with a towel, close your eyes and inhale deeply for five minutes
